And she just got here yesterday! ?This was supposed to be in Ian's Easter basket. ?So much for that.

Of course I ordered her on sale from Right Start who conveniently closed the store by me due to Chapt 11. ?When I called the only other store in town they told me to email customer service. ?I seriously doubt I am going to get any resolution.

I tried calling but there's a recording directing you to the email address. ?I did send an email and got an automated reply so we'll see. ?Honestly, if they can't give me another Sophie I'm OK with that, but I would like them to give me merchandise credit like you said and free shipping w/ my next order.

I was so excited about this and Ian was clearly interested in her yesterday. ?The crack is so big she won't even squeak when she's squeezed b/c there's not enough air pressure. ?
