Need some help re: diarrhea and what to feed

I have been changing 4+ diapers for the past 3 days. TMI--- Today they were so runny and liquidy that she was crying and big time fighting a diaper change.

I thought that by not feeding her fruit (apples and pears) for a couple days it would help, but it has not. Do you know of any foods that I should or should not feed her to help clear it up? Poor kid.

Never heard of BRAT.

I was told when DS was little that I should keep a jar of carrots in the cupboard at all times for this reason. It clogs them up tight.

The BRAT diet really helps.  Applesauce and rice cereal works the best for Colin.
