It's super exciting, but I can't believe we're *thisclose* to putting our house on the market and moving.

At least we talked ourselves out of doing FSBO. That would definitely have been crazy to try and manage.

Exciting! We broke ground on our hosue when DD was 2 weeks old (also GC'd it ourselves). It was stressful, but so worth it!

Good Luck! We have had 2 brand new 4 bedroom 2.5 bath houses for sale for 7+ months.
