Rooibos tea

I was just drinking my morning cup of red tea, and I decided to find out if I could find anything about rooibos tea & pregnancy.  Turns out it is pretty good!  Also peppermint tea & raspberry leaf.  Just thought I'd share!

I highly recommned Celetial Seasonings Madagascar Red Vanilla. It is fabulous!! I buy mine at Whole Foods.
