A sigh of relief

Today, I had my first dr.'s appointment. I was a nervous wreck a couple of days ago. And when I finally saw my baby(embryo)and the beating heart it was a sigh of relief. I'm so esctatic and got teary eyed!

My dr. gave me a home test, it's called Instant Risk Assesment(first trimester down syndrome screening)on my 10th week.

I can't wait until I get this relief. I have to wait another 20 days!

I think it's so cruel to make women wait this long! Especially with their first pregnancy. Maybe if it was a second or third pregnancy and they knew what they were doing, but making me wait 6 weeks having no clue what's going on...yeah, mean, plain and simple!
