...but my supply isn't increasing  I feel really sad.  I have been having to give DS bottles of formula after feedings b/c he just is not completely satisfied He is 4 months.  He will take a good 2 oz. after every feeding.  he empties both sides and doesn't ever stay on the breast long enough to force me to produce more.  ANyone else have this issue?? I know it is a vicious cycle and that if I keep supplementing, I won't produce more.  But it doesn't seem like I am increasing my production at all, regardless.  Anyone else have this issue?

Yes, I'm having this issue, too. I'm resisting the urge to supplement and trying to pump but I'm getting only about 1-2 oz when I pump when before I used to get 3-4. Also, my breasts don't feel as full anymore so I don't know if my supply has regulated or if I'm not producing anymore.

are you pumping during the night at all?  If not it may be that the long stretch may be hitting your supply regardless of how much you nurse during the day.   I hate to say get up and pump when you can sleep but maybe you need that to boost your supply.

 re: low production on pumping - have you changed your membranes lately or cleaned your parts?  Sometimes that will help you get more output.
