Anyone's DC have a sacral dimple?

The extra butt crack it has given DD gets SO red. Anyone else? I try to keep it clean and dry it well but that doesn't help.

    my son has one and it gets red due to his diaper rubbing i just put a little diaper rash cream on at every change

    our did...but now that he has plumped up i can't see it anymore.  lol.  we never had a rash problem there...

    Same for my DS.  My pedi just told us to always make sure to keep it really clean.

    my hubby just calls it a fitzy butt! LOL! I never knew what it was until i saw this post! My DD doesn't really have a dimple per se, only her butt crease goes further up her back than normal. Her skin is pink there, but I just gently wipe her all the way back there when she goes #2. She's chubby so it may get less noticable when shes older, either that or she'll have plumber's crack! LOL! poor baby!
