free stuff from your insurance company

I called mine today and they are sending me some paperwork and a free copy of the Mayo Clinic Guide to a Healthy Pg. ?With my last pg I had a different carrier and they sent me a pg journal along with some other stuff that I can't recall now. ?I just wanted to pass that along b/c who doesn't love free stuff. ?GL

    Do you mean your health insurance? I called mine and they give you nada. But I went to my car insurance company and they gave me a great free book.

    I also got the Mayo Clinic book.  I love that it has tons of info for after the pregnancy too, like breastfeeding.

    I get lots of info too from Cigna but sponsored by the March of Dimes.... Some of it has cheesy illustrations but I feel special every month when something new comes!
