I am getting ready to register and am quickly becoming overwhelmed. Do you have any suggestions on what I should ask for extra of or not ask for at all?
Also... I want to buy a good used tandem stroller- if anyone is looking to sell theirs PLEASE contact me.
Thanks ladies!!
Re: Moms of triplets...
This might be a good place to start...here's another thread too...
I'm planning on selling my Peg Perego Triplette soon, but shipping would be a pain. The Triple Decker is a good one to look for, too. Do you know which stroller you want?

I have a triple decker that i am selling. where do you live???
The Peg Perego Triplette is a great stroller. I love mine. I have the one with the stering wheel and it great in the stores. I can grocery shop with my kids in the stroller and pull a cart behind me wihtout any trouble.
Things you will need extra of pack and plays. I have 3 of them. When the babies where tiny i used one upstairs and one down stairs. we know use all 3 of them when we go to my mom's house.
Start off with maybe 2 bounces and swings. My kids where not much of bounces but they loved the swing. I did have 3 swings, but only once did all of my kids swing at the same time. I had two at my house and one was at my moms.
I would recommend getting 3 extersausers and/or jumperoos. I do not have ton of space in my house but i made room for these. They were great to have each kid in one. They loved them. I would also look at gargae sales, since they are a little price. I was able to get one from a garage sale for $15.
Bottle i only had 12 since my kids did have breast milk half formula. I found that was all the bottle i could make at a time to have enough milk.
Playmats i would only get one. All 3 of mine played together in there.
That is all i can think of right now.
See I only had one pack n play, one swing, one bouncy seat, one floor gym. I was fine with that. I think you'll get varying opinions - everyone has different preferences. I had 3 boppy pillows, 3 bumbo seats, 3 feeding seats (the kind you strap to a chair vs high chairs). Of course 3 car seats, cribs (although we only used one the first 6 months). As for a stroller I found the Runabout to be the best of the triples. The peg model out then was only good the first 18 months or so - then the kids were crushed so we didn't do that - of course there is a newer model out now so the other ladies will know more about that. The triple decker however I really take issue with. I've known 3 triplet mommies with it and seen it turned over half a dozen times with babies in it. They are just not as stable. I don't know why - but they don't do corners, turns and quick moves well. The runabout is a jogger and can take anything - even trails. I love it. My kids still fit in it at 4. You can get infants in it (5 point harness and reclining seats - the new ones have the car seat attachments) and it has toddler seats for the older ones - plus stadium seating. I'd highly recommend it.
I have a whole document full of my personal recommendations about triplets - what to buy/not and lots of other info if you want it - again - everyone has their own preferences but this is what I found useful. Email me at susan.lounsbury@pepsi.com if you'd like it.
