WTF is a labor buddy?

Honest question. I don't really get it - esp. since I think it's safe to say most of us are very far away from each other, etc.

My BFPB ended up getting her BFP a week or so after me.  We decided to be labor buddies.  When I have the baby she will tell GP and share any pictures I email to her.  Same with when she has her baby.  I don't see the reason for having them if you don't really have a home board that cares about when you have your baby.

I'm guessing the people of BOTB would like to be updated when you are in labor...so that's what your labor buddy would do.

Yup, that's it. I like most of you ladies and am generally entertained when here, but you are not in my top list of people to notify when I have my baby, sorry.
