Um so all week I've been thinking that one of my DH's friends is coming to stay with us on Thursday night (because that's what he told me).  Last night the friend calls to double check whether we're picking him up from the airport TONIGHT! 

Can you say messy house?  I have not cleaned up at all, laundry EVERYWHERE and tonight was going to be make the house presentable night.  Shoot!  Oh well... not my fault... he's just going to see the mess and have to be ok with it I guess
