RP: Spotting after BFP

I'm about 5 wks along on Fri. and spotting.

This is my 2nd & I'm pretty sure that light spotting is normal, right?

Edited to say, I heard brown spotting is okay but I'd mention to your doctor just in case.

It is usually normal, but I would still call the OB and let him or her know. They may help put your mind at ease by doing a BETA and then a repeat within 48 hours. That is what happened with me. I am 9 weeks and still bleeding. But for me, this is my 4th pregancy and it has happened in each one. I have LP defect and a progesterone deficiency. This time, however, in addition to the progesterone suppositories, I was diagnosed with SCH. They are pretty common but can be dangerous. Only your OB can diagnose these things with bloodwork and/or ultrasound. I hope you get the answers you need and everything is fine. Best of luck to you for a happy and healthy 9 months!!!

HOLY CRAP BALLS OF FIRE, you siggy is like 9 feet long... might want to change that.
