Dear furniture delivery people

not only are delivery windows annoying b/c you have to wait around for a chunk of time, but if you tell me you are going to call at 10 am to give me said window- then call at 10!  

i called and they said, oh they usually call around 10:30-  still no call so now i feel like i am waiting in a window to receive a window

can't wait to get the furniture though!
