So I'm officially in 3rd tri now! Just thought I'd say hi.

By the way, 2nd tri late nighters who might be lurking here, I'm not leaving you guys behind .

YAY!!! We have you and Ruby now... I'm so happy we finally have people that stay on at night. I get so bored.

It feels so weird to be in my 3rd trimester now. I'm sure most girls felt the same way. I just feel like I was on the 2nd tri board for so long. I think technically the medical community should have it 4 trimesters instead of 3. I feel like there's so many changes between the beginning of 2nd tri and the end of 2nd tri.

I hear ya. Second tri seemed to be really long but didn't really drag out if you know what I mean. Just a lot happens in that trimester. Then you get to third tri and it's like oh ok i'll just sit and wait k thanks... and that's about it. I think my highlight so far in third has been my glucose test since I took it late! Fun Fun I tell ya!

Third tri does seem to last forever. But at the same time, I can't believe how fast my due date is coming up! Which is probably a good thing, considering the fact that I am starting to notice an increase in general discomfort. And really I have nothing to complain about, especially compared to so many of the other women on here...

I still have to take that. My doc said between 27 and 28 weeks. I go into the lab whenever I want, so I don't have a set appointment. I think I need that set appointment to motivate me to go! My doc also said not to eat for a certain amount of time before I go in, and I can NOT remember how long he said. I have to call the advice nurse to find out is all. I'm thinking I'll go on Thursday or Friday....hopefully

Mine told me 8 hours.  Although I have heard some docs make people do 12.  At the hospital when we give them to people it is also 8 hours.

Good Luck!! Let us know how it goes. Hopefully you get a good flavor. I drank orange and it wasn't too horribly bad.

Yeah it seems like everyone is saying it's not as bad as they thought it was going to be. I am interested to know what flavor I will be getting though!!!
