dumb question- how should a sleep bra fit?

i ordered some and they came, and i tried one on and i feel like it is big, but then i feel like that is the point, so i am really unsure of the fit.  I have very large breasts, it fits fairly loosely- i would never wear it out to work or something as a mode of support, however the girls are not blowing in the breeze if you will.  I bought 3 of them, so now don't know if i should exchange or if this is the right size because it is comfortable, and my breasts will probably engorge  (this is why i hate s, m, l, xl sizing for these types of things)

  • I was told it was suppose to fit snug, not to loose and not too tight.

I was also told to buy the size I was pre-pregnancy.

  • It should probably be a bit big now -- your milk hasn't come in yet. I don't understand buying your PP size though -- no offense -- but having grown three cup sizes and two band sizes already that would be just be painful.
  • Did you get it from Motherhood? I am a 36DD and hated the ones they had there - the L was way too big and unsupportive, and if I went to the M the cups would have been too small. I've been sleeping in shelf bra tanks or regular bras.
  • it is from motherhood!, hmmm  i guess i will keep this size for when my milk coes in, but it really is akward sizing
