when did you have your first glass of wine (or a beer) after giving birth but still BFing?

 

My LO is almost 5 weeks and DH bought me a bottle of red wine I would love to open tonight.

Open it and have a glass!  I think I had a glass of wine within 2 weeks after DS was born.  It felt like I was being "bad," but it was so good.  Just have it right after your LO nurses, and you'll be fine.  You deserve it.

I had my first drink last week at a Bach party so 5 months, I guess I am not the norm.
