PNP Sheets?

This is probably a stupid question, but are pnp sheets only necessary to keep it from getting stained? Do you need sheets for the bassinet part and for the lower part? and Do the pnp quilts fit both parts? Im so confused.

Re: PNP Sheets?

  • I plan on using them for the bassinet and also when we put the floor thingy in as a playpen, but just because it sounds easier to throw it in the wash.  Kids leak.  We'll see how it goes once he gets here.

  • The bassinet part and the lower part are the same piece, atleast on mine it is. You have to lower the bassinet part to make it the lower part. As far as why have sheets.... I dont really know that answer other than for easy clean-up?

  • I like the PP answer... kids leak. It is DEFINITELY a lot easier to just take off the sheet, throw it in the washer and then toss on a new one. The little guy I watch has GURD and when he was tiny, he'd spew all over his PNP, so I say.. stock up if you plan on having them in it for any amount of time.

PNP sheets and stuff fit both parts.  The bassinet feature is basically the same floor of the PNP just raised up a bit.  And yes, they help with mess.  As DD got older, I also put some extra padding (not much) down underneath it because they are pretty hard and the sheet kept all that in place and out of harms way for DD.
