Anyone else on bed rest?

I was hospitalized 2 weeks ago with low amniotic fluid, released 5 days later, and am now home on bed rest. I'm "working" from home right now and bored out of my mind... I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow, and am scheduled for a c-section April 24th. 3 more weeks of torture....Can anyone commiserate? Any tips for comfort and/or entertainment?

head over to the high-risk board, there are a whole bunch of us on bedrest! we have a daily check-in, and can definitely relate to how you're feeling

I'm not on bed rest any more, but I can relate to how you're feeling... it sucks!

I was only on bedrest for a week, and for me that was hard. I can only image what you are going to go through. I had people come and 'babysit' me on different days. That way they could take care of the dogs and help around they house. It was a big blessing.

Have DH rent movies, check out some books, and I personally played a lot of suduko. I love it.

Great!! I was JUST put on it...I am still in the hospital...get out tonight...I am going to be soo bored I guess I can do our wedding scrapbook...

Yep been on bedrest going on 7 weeks now. And I still have 5 more weeks at least. It's hard but you just have to focus on the end result which is a beautiful baby.
