How often are your Dr appts?

Just wondering how frequent your doctor appts are in 3rd tri. Mine were 4 weeks apart all through 1st and 2nd tri, and now I will be going back 3 weeks since my appt this past Friday. I know they get closer together as time goes on, so I thought I'd ask how often you all are going. Thanks!

As of the last one, 3wks apart.  Then it will go to 2wks for a couple.  And then from 35wks on or so, every week.  But that varies by practice.

Started going every two weeks in March and now I'm at every week in April until our baby arrives.

About 2-3 weeks and then at 35 weeks it became once a week.

My next appt is 3 weeks from the last one I had. The Dr. said we would do 3 weeks and then move to every other week. Don't know when the weekly ones will start though.

At 26 weeks they were 2 weeks apart, and now they're once a week until delivery. Only 3 more appointments to go! Wheee!

I should add: I also see a perinatologist weekly to monitor baby's growth b/c of GD and bicornurate uterus.

After my 26 week visit, he said he wanted to start seeing me every 2 weeks.  I have no comlications either.

My last two have been 2 weeks apart, and after my appointment on 4/13, I believe I'll be going once a week (they start weekly appointments at 37 weeks).

Until last time, mine were every 4 weeks.  Now they're every 2 until about 36 weeks, and then they'll be weekly.

Once a month until week 30. Once week 30 hits, they are every two weeks. Then when you hit 36 weeks they become weekly.

It depends on the doctor and the pregnancy (ie more frequent visits if there are issues/concerns).

I think typical is to go to every two weeks at 28 weeks and weekly at 36 weeks. My doctor stays with every 4 weeks until 32 weeks for healthy pg. But actually, my pg has been so normal that we decided to have one visit at 30, will have another at 33, and then will go to weekly at 36.

So honestly, the best person to ask is your doctor. But hope this was helpful.

Mine were every 4 weeks, until 24 weeks - then I started every 2 weeks.  I'll be going weekly starting at 36 weeks.  Then twice a week at 38 weeks.  Not sure why so often.  I am high risk but this is common at my OB's practice - it details it out in a guide I got at my first OB visit at 8 weeks.

I feel like I'm going to the doctor all the time.  My appts have been/will be: 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 37, 38, 38.5, 39, 39.5, 40...  that's at least 17 appts!

Had been going every 4 weeks.  Then at my 28 week appointment, i got scheduled to come back in 2 weeks (week 30).  I figure I'll be going back every 2 weeks until maybe 36.

My OB does every 4 weeks up until 28 weeks, then every two weeks until 36 weeks.  After 36 weeks, appointments are weekly.  I've been going weekly since 30 weeks for other reasons.

I was every 4-5 weeks up until 28 weeks... I travel a lot so I couldn't always be exactly at 4 weeks.  At 28 weeks I went to every other week (since I travel the in-between weeks) and will continue along with this until around 36/37 weeks- then weekly.  This is my last week of travel since my doc doesn't want any surprise labor stories out of town.

My next appointment (32 weeks) is the last of my every 4 week appointments. Then I move to every 2 weeks.

Starting at 28 weeks I went every two weeks, so I went at 24 weeks, then 28 weeks, then 30 weeks and next one is at 32 weeks.
