So I have complained about my boss a lot lately.
And some of my RL friends have said to talk HR.
But I wanted to see what yall thought first.

1. last week he peed twice w/the door cracked open & I could see in
2. He came and stood beside me while he was finishing getting dressed.
3.He has divided our location and no one respects my personal space
4. He doesn't tell me anything.... he just leaves and I never know when he is coming back.
5. oohh, he thinks he is GOD!

Note: I would try and talk to him BUT he dosen't listen. And I feel like I'm wasting my time.

I think given the first 2 reasons, alone, you should talk to HR. That is very inappropriate behavior

I don't know if he's a pervert so much as he just thinks the world revolves around him. I think I'd at least get up and close the door when he's peeing to send a message. But if you are getting an inappropriate vibe from him - and only you know if you are - then I'd take it to HR.

Someone got fired here for just #2.  So I'd talk to them.

I took my 1990s sexual harrassment course online yesterday for work so this is fresh in my mind.  If you feel like its creating a hostile work enviornment where you are starting to feel uncomfortable, then absolutely go to HR.  For reasons 1 and 2 I would go.

I voted yes.  Reasons 3-5 aren't really much to complain about (bad boss behavior, but not inappropriate).  Reasons 1 and 2, however, are what you should complain about to HR.  That is absolutely inappropriate!

Agreed, I would leave my complaint at #1 and #2.  They are creepy and the others more just unfortunate.

Yes, the first two reasons should be reported to HR immediately. That's unacceptable in the workplace (...and most places...) Without knowing more, the other issues are clearly issues and worth discussing with HR, but may fall under "personal incompatibility" and not warrant their involvement.
