Guess who was asked to go on the liquor run

in 3rd Trimester

So one of the receptionists is parttime while she's in school and her 21st bday is today.  Well, the other girls wanted to do something so we divided it up, one gets the cake, one was getting a martini shaker or glass and one was going to get cocktail mix and alcohol.  Guess who somehow got the liquor run??!!

I think I said about 10 times (loudly so all could hear) that this was for a coworker b/c I was def getting some raised eyebrows in the store!

    i've gotten weird looks when buying wine (for cooking!) a couple of times. Ah well

    I hear ya... I get strange looks all the time when I stand on the corner outside the liquor store, swigging from my brown paper bag.

    Can I help it if that's how I like to drink my milk?

    hahahaha, that's hilarious. i was in a wine shop buying some for my step dad for christmas, i seriously told them as loud as i could like 145 times that it was not for me

    It happened to me a couple of weeks ago.  I was getting my mom a nice bottle of Champagne for her birthday.  Forunately, DH was with me, but I got some pretty terrible looks.
