DH has been working so hard lately.   Yesterday he started working (from home) at 7 am, then was out on appointments all afternoon/evening with clients and got home at 8:45.  He's been working 6 days a week.  I was "bumping" in his home office and noticed this new "To do" checklist he had made himself where he even made little hand-written boxes to check off when he was done with things.  I don't know why, but his dedication to our family and seeing those hand-drawn checklist boxes made me tear up.  Is anyone else's DH really stepping up to the plate to get ready for baby?

That's sweet that your DH is working so hard for your growing little family!

My DH is working just as hard, but we now know we're here about another year before he will graduate anyway...but he's working hard to make it come as soon as it can AND to avoid his professor saying he slacks off because of having a baby like the other grad student in his lab for whom he wrote a not-so-great recommendation letter (who purposefully planned to take an extra year because he WANTED to have a baby).

That is so awesome!! Mine has been awesome lately too!! Not just physically helping out with more, but being so much more emotionally there as well! Its been so wonderful and I feel like we are just growing closer and closer!

Awww that is adorable!! No check list yet but he has been working on the nursery like crazy. We are so close to being able to decorate and put the crib together.  I cannot wait!!!
