I have been laid off since Jan. and the stupid company calls me now to tell me they would like to hire me back!!! I wouldn't get FMLA, no time before baby and if I had a doctors note it would be considered short term disablility and would cut into my time off after baby is born, plus they want me to work 12 hours like I was before... Ummm hello... I think not... thanks but no! Vent Over
