First night after being sick is no fun

Ugh-I'm wiped out. Turns out that Colin did not have croup. He has roseola and the last 4 nights have been very long and rough since he's had such a high fever. It finally broke today and the rash appeared, but after the last few nights, he just wanted to be held and snuggled instead of going to sleep on his own. Poor guy. He finally went down, but only when I held his hand til he fell asleep. I'm hoping tomorrow will be better- it's amazing how quickly they can regress.....

Poor guy! We had a rough time back in the fall when SC had Hand Foot and Mouth - same thing, she just wanted to be held. It was kind of nice....though it completely wore us out! HOpe he is better soon.

Poor Colin! I'm sorry, Carrie... I can only imagine how hard it is to be pregnant and also have to deal with a little one who is sick! I hope that tonight goes better for you and that you and Colin get a good night's sleep!
