You are not a ho-bag.  I'm at 19 and considered myself one of the least "scandalous" of my friends in college (not that they were sluts!)  About 13 or 14 of my 19 occurred while in college. 

I don't think my number is particularly high.  I've been having sex for 10 years, so that averages out to less than 2 per year...  Okay, 3 per year if you subtract the years I was in serious relationships - DH, my two serious exes, etc.

Mike & Care (and anyone else), don't feel bad. I'm at 6 counting DH and I know that's much lower than most of my friends. I'm kind of amazed at how many have "1" - I guess my social circle consisted of abnormally loose women, LOL!
