PNP with quilted stuff vs sheets?

I didn't realize there was a difference & I registered for one that has the quilted pad. Someone mentioned the risk of SIDS & it didn't seem quite soft enough for that (and I'd be surprised they make them that way if it were?) but now I'm wondering if I should register for the kind that takes sheets? I just really couldn't tell the difference b/w them in the store & I liked the one I chose (Utopia).

Any thoughts? I want to get two- one for bedroom for early on & then to keep upstairs or use for travel, and another to keep downstairs.

We used the quited ones- the other ones are really thin and the bottom of the PNP was too hard

Does it indicate in the online description what kind of bottom it has?? ?We've just started looking at these, and I wasn't aware there was a difference!?

LOL- I don't know what you even mean, that's how little I get it! hahaha.... I thought the bassinet thing just dropped to the bottom, am I wrong? I have no idea.
