My parents are OBSESSED with dave ramsey, and my dad is basically an accountant (he's a VP of finance in a hospital), and yet I've STILL managed to get into credit card debt!

?

I'm such a black sheep! It could be worse I guess. $3000 of cc debt isn't THAT bad, just a lot for our situation right now. ?

Your not a bad daughter... Just don't tell him your in debt.
You could be doing stuff that is illegal or in jail.

My parents are tightwads (correction: my step-dad who earns the money is a tight wad). I was in a little over a grand of credit card debt. I had 4 of them.

I bought 2 pairs of BCBG shoes (one in red and one in black, same shoe) and the total for those two pairs was the equilvent of my car payment. They had to go back to the store. I never even got to wear them.

It's sadly the only way you can really learn what a snowball effect credit cards have! I never realized how bad they are until I've dealt with them now! ?

Credit cards are the fvkcing devil.

Especially store credit cards with incentives offered.

Hey I"m obesessed with Dave Ramsey. We are on step 2 and will be FOREVER. We both have a ton of school loans, that's it though. I cut up my cc's two years ago and just paid my last one off in August. I had $3000 on one card. Dang, I had a good time
