Need ideas for thank you present

I don't think Hallmark makes a "thank you for caring for your grandson for a week while we were on vacation" card .  I want to get my parents something nice, but have no idea what to even look for.  Getting something in the Bahamas is an option, but again I am clueless.

Food and booze have worked well for me - maybe a rum? I don't know if they drink, if they don't I would be on the lookout for something local and yum to send/bring back
