How often do you sterilize parts?

I just started using my Medela PISA and sterilized everything with the bag yesterday and have been washing them in soapy water. How often should I put them in the dishwasher or use the bag if I pump 3-4 times during the day?

I do it a couple of times a week - well, at least once a week. And I wash in soapy water as well.

I wash the parts and sterilize at the end of each day.

Dishwasher- once a week-- I usually wash them by hand

I put them in boiling water maybe once a month

Ok, this might have been overkill but, I washed with soapy water and sterilized in the Medela bags after every pumping session.  In the beginning that meant every three to four hours.  I then only pumped once a night and would sterilize afterwards.

Currently I am sterilizing after each use.  But I"m just getting over an infection.

I would normally sterilize every 2-3 days.

Right now when I am at home, I just throw my parts in the dishwasher every time I use them.  When I am back at work I plan to wash them all at the end of each day.
