It is definitly getting better now. I feel a difference in my endurance. The jumping jacks are not nearly as bad as day 1. I feel like I have slightly more energy in the morning now. The soreness is fading, but I still feel a tightness in my muscles.
And I weighed myself this morning - down 2 lbs! Woo Hoo

I could not get out of bed at 5 so I will do mine tonight. It's arms and shoulders and abs today.
BUT I am down 2 pounds lost 1.5 inches in my waist and 1 inch in my hips. Yay! At least there is progress even though I strayed from the diet over the weekend.
I had such good intentions of starting this morning but then Sophia decided to wake up at 3:00am and that idea went out the window. I plan to do it tonight.

Not as much soreness today and it seems to be getting slightly easier. I keep meaning to check my measurements and take before pics but I haven't gotten around to that yet.
I do feel like I have more energy which is great and now I have decided to get back into playing soccer of all things. I play my first game tonight (womens indoor soccer league) and I'm so excited. I know I'm gonna be sucking wind though after about 2 minutes! It will be a fun way to get exercise though.

Okay, question for all of you - if you do it later in the day, where do you work out? I'm completely embarrassed to work out in front of DH (although I know he would probably go play on the computer for a while) so I was thinking about setting up the extra little tv and DVD player in our bedroom. In the morning I have no problem working out in the living room; later on I just don't want an audience, hee.
Day 5 for me/Level 1...did it this morning. DD decided to wake up 1/2 way through it and was laying on me when I was doing abs. She never wants to cuddle or anything, but of course only when you wanna do some abs I also went to the gym & ran a little but. I ate terrible over the weekend, so back on the straight & narrow. Good job ladies...keep up the good work!

I'm not doing Shred- bu I just work out in the living room. DH is doing the program as well so we will sometimes do it together. Yesterday though was Kenpo Karate and kicking and punching seems to be too much for my equilibrium. I was falling all over the place.

My dad is coming in town tomorrow, and will be here for 2 nights, so I definitely have to get up early the next two days. ?I like to be done with it early anyway.

Wow, keep up the great job ladies. I just started working out again at LA Fitness on my lunch hour & I am down 10 lbs in 3 weeks. I finally have more energy & I am starting to feel really good.
Man I thought I was never going to get a chance to do it, but I was able to escape. It is still as hard as I remember and I loathe push ups still. Glad to be back on the bandwagon again though, it feels gooooood!
