Law against Organic Foods??

Has anyone heard about this?  My dad and stepmom were just telling me about some law that they are voting on in 10 days that will ban growing/selling organic foods.  Something about organically grown foods being linked to all the food recalls from the past couple years???  What the crap?!

I can't see that passing if there is a bill like that. Is it just in FL?
