buffalo chicken spaghetti casserole

This is what I made for dinner b/c I didn't want to waste leftover spaghetti noodles.

I mixed the noodles with Louisiana hot sauce, ranch dressing and a dash of parmesan, placed chicken breasts on top of the noodle bed in a casserole dish, covered the chicken w/ ranch and cracker crumbs and baked.

Not bad, and it's clearing my sinuses.

Mmm... I do love all things buffalo chicken; especially when there's plenty of ranch involved. 

 

That's probably why I've put on so much weight so far...
