Super Painful..

shower...the water was hitting my sore nipples and it was super painful...sorry if it is tmi...but it sucked I was looking forward to the hot shower to help with my headache, but no such luck!

maybe covering your nipples with your hands would eliminate that problem

Warm baths instead of showers can be a lifesaver, if it's an option for you.

I just changed the setting on our shower head...problem solved!

Can you readjust the shower head so it's not hitting your nips directly?

Be careful with the baths- warm are good but my don't use any bath bubbles or products in the water! I'm not sure the reason why but my obgyn keeps telling me that!

Btw who are you using/ where are you delivering? (Since we're neighbors)

I've found myself getting nauseous in the shower if the water hits my belly. Weird. I also have sensitive nipples....try facing away from the water.

I had that weeks 5 and 6 - felt like I had just run a marathon. Hope it clears up for you too.

Do you think that could be because of the bacteria and such that seems to fester with bubble baths?
