A special shout out to Seths - because she's the one who told me about this place.

On the way home from swimming this afternoon found the PERFECT place for pictures. 121/Main Street in Grapevine ... there's a Mariot Suites right there on the corner (kinda where the GV Devine Cosign was) ... and to the right/north of the hotel are a couple empty fields/lots FULL of bluebonnets. No hwy traffic, plenty of places to park ... there were a bunch of people there today taking pictures and there were still plenty of flowers to go around.

Jack and I are going tomorrow. It IS supposed to be chilly tomorrow (60* I think) .. but with lots of sun. I would have stopped today if he hadn't been SO cranky. I am thinking we're going to shoot for around 1pm, but honestly, I am going to really work around his naps tomorrow because I want him in a really good mood for these.

I am so jealous...I wish we could do this, especially with the new camera! I swear I'm in love with that thing, and for once I might be able to get some good pics of the Buglet!

Can you post an address? We're in Saginaw, but I haven't seen any in our area. I'd love to get some pictures. I asked about them last week, but the closest place that anyone posted about was also near the airport. I guess we need to make a decent drive for pictures.
