I was told to cut out soy (along with other things) and I wanted to have some peanut butter with celery, apples, bananas, etc. I looked at the ingredients and it says CONTAINS 2 PERCENT OR LESS OF: PARTIALLY
HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OIL (SOYBEAN), FULLY HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OILS
(RAPESEED AND SOYBEAN) (sorry for the caps, I copied and pasted from JIF website).
Does this mean I can't eat it?? What does the 2% or less mean? That it's a super small amount? What do you think?
