Insurance sucks

Ok so the insurance co told me last month when I was trying to pick a PCP to leave it blank because the one I wanted wasnt accepting new patients and they would assign me at random then I could call and try to get in with the other one.  So I pick the boys Dr and leave mine blank.  Cards come yesterday and the boy dont have a Pedi and I dont have a Dr.  Call today.  They call and get boys pedi to accept them.  OK waiting for a call back.  I tell them I have twins and would really like to be at the same facility.  They tell me that the facility closed their contract for new patients that I need to call them and get them to apporve me.  So I call and they say that insurance needs to issue a new contract so they can accept new patients.  So I call insurance back and ask when a new contract will be issued so they can accept new patents (old contract has been closed for over a year).  They say that the facility needs to request a new contract.  So I tell them fine just give me any PCP because I will never see them because I am a SAHM of twins and unless my Dr is at the same facility there is no way I can get to another facility (boys pedi is less than 2 mi from the house).  She then tells me they can do that I need to do it.  I got mad and told here then I dont need a PCP and hung up on her.

Oh my gosh!  Seriously, how frustrating.  Insurance really sucks sometimes.  This is why people just give up, it is so aggravating that they make things so hard for you!
