Snotty Pregnant Lady

So I haven't read this anywhere in the baby/pregnancy books that I have been reading, but I have been REALLY snotty/mucousy literally since the day of my BFP. When I asked other moms they say that it is common, two said they had this through their whole first trimester. Anyone else heard this/ suffering from this?

Your body is producing more mucous over all, and a lot of that is going to come out your nose. You'll notice more CM, too.?

I wake up snotty every morning. It usually goes away by mid afternoon

I have a lot of CM!  But that is it.  Could be because i'm so early in the pregnancy!

I'm ridiculously snotty all the time! It has gotten progressively worse in the last 3 weeks. I've been taking a Zyrtec every few days to get a good nights rest (I wake up all the time because I can't breathe).  Mine is definitely more of a nose issue, I haven't noticed a big difference in my CM.

That's how I am.. I am coughing all night because it gets down into my chest and I end up coughing it up until mid afternoon.. ick.. sorry! I am glad I am not the only one. I couldn't tell if I was sick or if this is a pregnancy thing..

I've been really stuffy, especially in the mornings. Annoying.

Funny, I was just thinking I should post about this   I've definitely seen a change in how stuffed up I am in the morning.

Me too. I even have a sinus infection. I have a pretty bad cold and yes VERY snotty!

And I thought I had a cold too!

I def. have and from the very very beginning (even before I knew I was pregnant) I thought I was coming down with a cold. It's totally normal and it's caused from all the extra horomones in your body. I use nasal spray and a humidifier at night and it seems to help! GL
