Ughhh!  I'm still on antibiotics (day 5 of 7), my right breast is feeling better, supply on that side has slightly improved, and that malaise-body achy feeling went away until last night.  And today my left breast is tender on the top and there are pinkish-red streaks starting to appear.  No fever...sometimes low-grade though...

It could happen.  I had chronic clogged ducts and sometimes a new one would start as soon as the old one resolved.  My LC said that some people are susceptible because of the shape of the ducts.  kellymom.com has good tips about resolving them.  It is hard to prevent them, but you should definitely try to make sure the breast is completely drained and if you get really engorged (like if db is going long stretches at night) you can pump just enough to soften the breast.  Also try not to wear constricting bras or sleep with too much pressure on the breast (like not on your stomach).
