Day 1 / Level 1
It kicked my ass_! ?But I'm so proud that I made it through it. ?
I imagine that I will be very sore tomorrow, but bring it on. I expect and hope that it will get a little easier everyday. ?There is no resting, but that is good, because it went by FAST.
I am shaking, red and sweaty (pretty, huh?), but if that will get me in great shape, I'm all over it. ?Now, I want to eat something healthy for dinner tonight, so I don't ruin all this hard work.
My goal: ?Make it through all 30 days, drop a dress size or two, lose some lbs, tone up, and look better in my clothes, and swimsuit! ?Also, I'd very much like to stop peeing when I jump.
PS - If anyone has any suggestions for the check-in, things to add or anything, please let me know. I ?figured this would be a good way to keep ourselves accountable, and see how everyone else is doing!?

ETA: ?I plan on jotting down my weight and measurements. ?I'm sure as hell not going to post them, but I will probably include any losses in some of my check-ins. ?
Also, I now feel completely nauseous. Not sure if this is due my extreme out of shapeness, or just getting over being sick and low on energy. Either way I plan to do it again tomorrow. ?The question is...do I try to get up at 5 am to do it? or wait until T goes to bed? ?Either option, not great, but must be done.?

I figure we will all be on different days/levels and that's okay. ?I'm super anal, so I wanted to start today, with it being the first, and there's 30 days in April. Ok, I know I'm a nerd. ?:D
But I'm totally down with waiting until everyone has it before we start the checkins??? ?It won't matter if I'm a few days ahead. Thoughts??

Also, anyone NOT doing Shred, that just wants to join in on the Exercise check-in, please do! ?And even if you're not exercising, and just want to chime in, the more the merrier!?
Should we change it to "Workout Check-in"? ?And those who are doing Shred can include the day/level? ?
Ugh we are swamped this week and I don't think I will be able to start until Monday.

I found it at Target on my way home and they had quite a few copies.
I started today as well and like Amie it royally kicked my Ass. I did not get through all 3 sets (Keanan woke up before I fininshed) but what I did get done complete wore me out to the point that I could hardly pick him up !
I know I am going to be sore tomorrow. I have been taking waist and hip measurement for a few weeks, hopefully now the numbers will start to change.
I am going to try to get up in the AM to do day 2, the evenings are too unpredictable to count on getting it done being that DH works nights again.
I think I'll order this today. I lost all my baby weight in the first six weeks and have since GAINED 10lbs!
I have to do something because I'd like to not hate how I look in A's first birthday pictures.
