Obviously I will ask my dr, etc., but I just got a save the date for a friends wedding and it is Oct. 9 in Las Vegas. I knew it was going to be fall, but not the exact date. I'll be 34.5 weeks pg.
Not sure. But I can tell you that I am that far along now and I could not imagine doing it. I am SOOO uncomfortable and peeing every 10-15 mins. How long would the flight be?

It would be about 3.5 hours. I know I would be too big and gross to actually enjoy Vegas, but I hate to miss her wedding.
Some airlines say 32 weeks and some say 36. Just make sure to confirm when booking. Also, your OB will tell you to get up and walk around once ever hour, drink plenty of water, and probably to wear support hose. That was what I was told when I recently inquired. We ended up driving instead.

You will NOT be big and gross lol! You'll be adorable. And I wouldn't hesitate to take a flight at 34-35 weeks, given that everything up to that point is going normally.
I don't know that I'd go that far from home that late in pregnancy...mostly because I'm paranoid...and with my luck I'd go into labor at the wedding and have to deliver at some random hospital with a resident that I don't know and a bunch of interns looking on....that would piss me off!!!
I'm flying at 36 weeks with my dr's blessing. ?She just wants to see me that week, and be smart. ?I told her, any sign of labor, I won't be on the plane. ?at 34/35 weeks I think it'd be fine.?
My doc said up until 35 weeks...I'd be game to do it even now if it was without kids--but i don't know if I could deal with a toddler and flying pregnant at this point.
Re: can you fly at 34.5 weeks pg?
I think the policy for most airlines is up to 36 weeks w/o a doctor's note. I think my last flight was 33-34 weeks.
