OK girls, I need your help. I may be interviewing Kate Gosselin for work and want to know....what would you ask her if you had the chance?

i used to love the show, and i actually used to really like her, regardless of her uptight-bitchiness..alas, i suppose all the attention was gonna get to her at some point
ummm, i would ask her what she thinks of octo-mom, but she prob doesn't want to talk about that..i think you have to be careful with her...i see her as being the type who would get pissed off about questions she doesn't want to answer these days..?

Wow I did not realize there was so much hate for Kate!
Though I think she is super type A, I respect how she runs her family and how organized they are. I admire that they have worked the whole multiples thing to their advantage and are able to stay home with their kids (or work from home).
She has said before that if the kids don't want to participate in filming on a certain day, they do not make them. Maybe I'm a money whore but I would do the same thing if given the opportunity.
I would ask her how she deals with all of the love (and hate) reality tv has brought them.

I agree with all of the pp but I guess if there were going to be some questions to ask I would also throw in there how has having so many multiples changed her marriage, for the good and the bad and how do they plan on keeping their marriage working in the future. I mean, yeah the first few years are horrible on a marriage for someone with that many kids of the same age but it isn't going to get better, just different. She is so nasty to Jon and he is so passive aggressive that they are both at fault for their behaviors and I'm shocked that they'd let it get on camera.
Also, are they seperating the little ones once they get into kidergarten? Or will they all be in the same class? Since there are so many of them and because they aren't in public under normal circumstances, how will they make their education as normal as possible if they are always with each other and learn to deal with life independent of their siblings. It's only going to get more difficult as they hit the teen years.
Please let us know when you've interviewed her because I'd love to read/see it.

1. Does she realize how much everyone hates her hair?
2. Now that they "have" money, which is evident from their new house purchse, do they or have they helped the community (financially) that helped them when they needed it.
3. What have they done with the money they've made? Have trust funds been set up for the kids?
4. What does she plan on doing 10 years from now?
i guess my question is how much longer are they planning on doing the show??? the little kids are going to be in school, so are they going to just do specials or continue with a regular season.
does she miss her old life and job???
Yeah, I'd like to know if she misses her old job. She was an L&D nurse. One of the nurses who took care of my boys in the NICU worked with her for a long time and cared for her kids in the NICU when they were born and she did not have very good things to say about Kate, professionally or personally.
And I think the question about giving back to the community is an excellent one!! Her kids get to go for all these wonderful things and private sessions (no doubt because she pushed for them and good for her and all that) but there was a time when she needed lots of help. How is she repaying?
I used to really like this show but lately she has driven me nuts with the way she treats her husband. He also kind of irritates me too in that he refuses to stand up for himself and allows her to treat him like that. What does that teach their children? However I would be interested to know:
Does she think that there will ever come a point when the pros of doing the show (free trips, free surgical procedures, etc) will no longer outweigh the cons of doing the show (invasion of childrens privacy, compromising your husbands wishes for your own, no private life)?
Given that they have done the show so long, do they really still consider their lives to be normal as far as life goes with multiples?
I also used to love that show but feel that the money/fame have gone to Kate's head. Yet, I watch it every week. I think I'd be interested in asking questions about the 6 going to K/elementary school...how will they be split up, will they all be in the same K class etc... I think that's an interesting and controversial topic for all parents of multiples, yet alone that many. What about questions related to the 6 developing their own interests (like when Mady and Cara were playing different instruments)...how will they be able to foster their own individuality and is it possible that all 6 will be able to participate in activities that they are interested in.
Don't ask any "how do you do it financially" questions. I throw up in my mouth a little every time I see something in a mag about her being "frugal". She does not want for anything.

I completely agree. I'm pretty sure that most people would take advantage of the opportunities they have been given. However, I do not agree with the way she treats her husband. But I can also just imagine if I was followed around and the things that might catch me saying to my husband... especially with 8 kids running around!?
