I know boring question at 9:30 at night, but I have to go shopping tomorrow and need some ideas !!

Guess I should see what is going to be in my csa box tomorrow !

We had turkey burgers with TJ's sweet potato fries tonight and chicken soup with crusty bread last night. We may go out or pick up takeout tomorrow. I have a yummy looking recipe for roasted beets with minty yogurt sauce that I want to try at some point this week but that's not a full dinner. Not sure yet about the rest of the week.

this week we had/having:

kale and white bean stew

chicken breasts, roasted broccoli, mashed potatoes

cuban picadillo with rice and corn tortillas

miso glazed salmon with bok choy

salad with chicken, hard boiled eggs, whatever else I can find

We're going pretty simple this week:

- grilled chicken cesar salad

- grilled steak and salad

- pasta, feta, garbanzo, spinach salad

- spinach pie (kind of like spanikopita only with more spinach)

Now that I look at the list, I realize we're eating a lot of salad-y things this week!
