    Was there any special reason you went for Mirena instead of Paragard?  I avoided the mirena, since hormones do Very Bad Things to me.  Because there's no hormones in the paragard, it has no effect on your cycle at all.

    The only bleeding is from the insertion, and that's just spotting from the cervix.

    there was no reason i picked it over paraguard....i am seriously regreting it though!
