baby losing voice

My 3 and a half month old sounds like she's losing her voice. She doesn't have a fever or runny nose. She's eating fine, not sleeping great but she's never been a good sleeper. We've done steam room baths for the last two nights but it doesn't seem to be helping? Would youc all the dr? Any other suggestions? It sounds liek it hurts her to make noise.

    DD started sounding this way today. I was just going to use to humidifier tonight - I wasn't really thinking it was worrisome enough to call the doc, but now I'm rethinking!!

    My DD did this the night she was born after crying all night!  Yikes!
