Re: Too much Progesterone?

  • I was on the same dosage and wondered the same thing.  I asked my dr if my levels should be tracked just to make sure my dosage didn't need adjusting and she said it wasn't necessary.  I never had any problems and I took them from 3dpo to 12 wks.  GL
  • I took 600mg/day from 3DPO to 12.5 weeks.  All is fine with my baby.  The progesterone definitely made the difference this time around!

  • I'm not sure you can get too much...but I know it can back you up pretty bad (sorry TMI).  So, if you have any problems with that...it would be worth asking about.
  • I took the same dose when I was using them. My doctor told me that there is no such thing as "too much progesterone" It really doesn't hurt anything, it can only help.
