If you make protein shakes for breakfast (skim milk, fruit, whey protein, ice, etc)... please tell me what type of protein you use. And if you want to share your favorite smoothie recipe, please do!
I am a bridesmaid in a wedding 4 months post partum, so I have to be serious about my dieting and exercise!! Any help or advice would be great.

Thanks! Can you get the Go Lean shake powder at any store (like Target, Walmart, etc) or do I need to go to a specialty health store?
