Thank god ceiling fans don't lactate

Or I'm quite sure I'd be out of the running for her attention completely.  The ceiling fans have stolen my daughters first smiles.  Hopefully I'm not that far behind, she's starting to give me a complex Stick out tongue

  • If she is anything like Carson, then she stares at them even when they are off!! I think I come in third for Carson's attention- ceiling fans, pictures of herself, and then Mommy.....I might even come in after the dogs!

  • THERE you are!!

    How have you been, mama?

  • hahahaha

BTW... haven't been on since DS was born, and just wanted to let you know your baby is sooo cute! congrats again!

  • I think you've just written a rare thing: a truly unique English sentence. As for me, I agree; that would be REALLY messy. (And yeah, between ceiling fans and windows with blinds, I sometimes feel like I'm just chopped liver to Hazel.)
  • I completely agree.  My DD will lie on the bed and talk to the ceiling fan.  But at least your LO's first smiles weren't at another person.  L's first smile was at a complete stranger!  And she did it like 3 times, so I know it wasn't a fluke.  :(
