Madonna adoption debate on CNN

Anyone watching CNN?

They had a moment for people to call in and share their adoption opinions.  Everyone was flaming Madonna for not adopting a child from the US.  They were all wondering why she wants to help children in Africa and not the ones in the US.

Maybe I've been reading too many memiors written by men and women who were orphaned due to war, etc in forgein countries, but children all over the world need help... US citizens or not. I'm not going to hate on people because they went over seas to give a child a chance.  It's an amazing gift regardless of where the child comes from.

I don't watch CNN but that's another debate in itself.  I think it's great what Madonna is doing as long as she can give the child all the love and attention they deserve.  I'll be pisssed if this is another publicity stunt like so many others.

Media bias, propaganda, useless information, irresponsible "journalism"...that about right? 

I don't listen to or read any American sources of news.  It's all crap.

Ah, I just almost shed a tear. Nice to hear that there are still people out there who haven't been brainwashed.
