I don't post here but I saw your post below about an OB in the Frederick area. I just got my BFP last week, and have my first appt. scheduled with Dr. Helmbrecht from Simmonds and Simmonds. She was highly recommended by several people and by my gynocologist. My gyn office told me that Capital would be their last choice. Simmonds also has an office in Damascus as well. They deliver at Frederick Memorial and Shady Grove.
If you can't get in with the other recommended doctor, HTH! ?
