Starbucks Doubleshot

there is one in my fridge right now. DH brought it home last night thinking it would be a "treat" since i haven't had one since BFP, but i'm BFing soooo....there it sits in my fridge, laughing at me.

DD tolerates my morning coffee just fine, but who knows what a starbucks doubleshot would do. she'd probably have flourescent blue poop or something.

There is only 130 mg of caffiene in a double shot which is equivalant to a strong cup of coffee.  Starbucks tall coffee has 279 mg.  If you're concerned you could always drink it right after you feed which will give it time to get out of your system before the next feeding.  I love my espresso machine although I usually just make decaf anyway but today I really wished I had some reg espresso.
